1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the BeachTravels app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
BeachTravels accounts are provided to confirmed participants of BeachTravels Sweden AB training camps. Accounts are pre-registered; unauthorized registration attempts will be rejected.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ask@beachtravels.se if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use and user-generated content
BeachTravels allows you to create content such as chat messages, partner ads, tournament signups, and profile information. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
You agree not to post or share content that is:
- Illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Defamatory, false, or misleading.
- Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Spam, malware, or otherwise disruptive to the service or its users.
Zero-tolerance policy for abusive content and users. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can block other users from within the app and report content to ask@beachtravels.se. We review every report and will remove offending content and/or suspend accounts within 24 hours of receiving a valid report. Repeat or serious offenders will be permanently banned.
5. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
The BeachTravels app, its design, logos, and all content provided by us are owned by BeachTravels Sweden AB and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Beach volleyball involves physical risk; you participate at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from camp activities or use of the app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeachTravels Sweden AB's total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant camp booking.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden.
